Does your teen need
They make hasty, poorly-considered decisions and need to have better judgment.
They’re being bullied at school – or they’re the one doing the bullying. They don’t get enough exercise or need to lose weight.
They have low self-esteem and seem to be down all the time. They give up when things get difficult and fail to meet their goals.
Raising a teenager requires persistence & patience
It can test your sanity even at the best of times. Yet, you want the best for your teenager. You want them to have the tools they need to succeed now and later in life – and you’d like that to happen without having to pull out all your hair in the process. Getting them to do anything you want them to do can feel utterly impossible, and you’re not sure where to start.
Studying martial arts helps kids learn how to overcome their problems and learn important lessons – the kind of lessons that will follow them to your home, to the classroom, and for the rest of their lives.
your teen will grow with every class!
Teenagers who study martial arts learn the benefits of self-control and discipline with every lesson. Our classes emphasize core values like discipline, respect, and persistence. Students learn that the way they treat others – in and out of the dojo – reflects on them as people and affects their ability to achieve their goals.
My son has been attending Cesar Kai for a little less than a year now and both him and I love it. He has learned so much in a very small amount of time, and has improved in areas we have struggled with before enrolling him. His teachers are awesome, very friendly, attentive, and just the right amount of strict, which is exactly what I was looking for. I'm am looking forward to his spending many more years learning, and growing here.
Went today to sign my girls up for classes and was very nice to see all the kids enjoying themselves and listening to the instructors. The instructors were very patient with the kids. my girls were so excited and loved their one on one that they didn't want to leave. I would definitely recommend Cesar-Kai to other parents who are interested in signing up their kids.
My son has been attending Cesar Kai for a little over a year. Besides learning about martial arts, he truly enjoys the special events and weeks they have throughout the year. He needs invited a classmate to the most recent buddy week and they both enjoyed having that experience together.
There are also parents night out, day camps and summer camps as well. I have to say my son loves these events possibly even more than the weekly classes. He has made so many new friends and LOVES all of the wonderful Sensai's who teach. They really care and connect with all of the kids. Also Cesar Kai is very inclusive and very patient with the students. It doesn't matter what type of ability you have, they try their hardest to make it the best experience for each member.
Finally it's not just about the physical movements, they also nurture good morals and character building which is so important. We love Cesar Kai.
We have had a fantastic experience at Cesar Kai. The teachers have a great way of connecting with the kids and making the class fun while still developing their skills. It has been great to watch our son change during his time here, and the look on his face the first time he tested up to a new belt was priceless.
This martial arts school is one of the best I have ever seen for children. They have a great curriculum for exercise, self confidence, and learning about respecting themselves and others. The only con is the tuition. It is costly when you have multiple children. This is the first children's place I ever encountered that does not offer a multi-child discount. Other than that, super awesome!!!
Wonderful staff and great group of kids attend CKA.
My daughter has made great strides with self confidence since starting to attend CKA in Sept of 2017.
